if we take a look at Islam,

it commenced and it started from the very beginning. Islam means peace and it also means to submit to the command of the Creator.

If Allah subhanho wa Taala wanted it,

So as a child grows up

VW, they are all competing with one another, everyone, each one wants to prove that the product that they have produced or invented is better than what the others have produced. So this concept of competition is easily understood.

So Allah subhanho wa Taala has explained this in the Quran, and it was understood by Ibrahim alayhi salatu was Salam.

Why am I saying all this tonight?

Because I'd like to explain to you and to myself as well, that in Islam, the concept of godhood is much more important than the name much more important than the name. At that stage, there was still no name, no name. That was another question.

What did he say? He raised his hands and he said, Oh, owner of cure, cure me, whoever you are, you are the owner of cure cure me. And I know you are one. You are Supreme, you are alone. You are all evil.

When he wanted sustenance, and purity and blessings in his sustenance, he looked at what the people were doing, they were worshipping this person and that person, some of them were worshiping human beings as well.

But he turned and he says, owner of sustenance, Grant me sustenance, provide, Grant me blessings in whatever you have provided me. You are the owner.

So Allah subhanho wa Taala loved this so much.

That Allah subhanho wa Taala decided to test him

I have just touched on

the recognition of our own creator, we need to recognize Allah subhanho wa Taala.

We will never become close to Allah if we don't know him. We will never be able to

attain the sweetness of the acts of worship if we don't even understand whom we are bowing down for.
